![]() | Great Expectation by Judith Webb Having just completed a sepia painting of Sunset in Turkey I was keen to do another with these same warm tones. My best time for me to create and see in my minds eye is just before I drift of to sleep at night, I do remember my ideas the next day and continue add to my vision. I am always hopeful that I can start to paint straight away without any interruptions, I was lucky this particular time to have the house all to myself so progress was rapid. |

This painting was commissioned to complement the red, green and yellow colours in two other acrylic paintings ('Fairground' and 'Red Polyanthuses') for a customer who wanted to display a group of three paintings in her living room.
