About My Art
Using my ability to sense various types of energy, and feel auras and energy systems of the human body, of animals and of crystals is very important to my artwork.
Everything is made of energy - thoughts, feelings, sound, inanimate objects, us etc. It can all be translated into colour and texture, producing a painting with vibrancy and often a healing energy about it.
I am enthusiastic about incorporating healing symbols and mantra into my work, and often use meditation to tune into alternative dimensions and the magical elemental realm.
In places my work reflects individual journeys from the third dimension (our physical world) to the fifth dimension (the dimension of ascension and of an enlightened state).
My paintings are worked by intuition or by feel. I often paint the visualisation's that I have experienced.
I have found that acrylic is my preferred medium to recreate these pictures and emotions. It is easy to manipulate and the colour and vibrancy that can be achieved is exceptional.
