 I hope you enjoy browsing my gallery. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any enquiries. I usually manage to reply the same day. I am a professional artist living and working on the edge of the Pennines and the beautiful Peak District, UK. I love to paint this local landscape, in particular the fleeting effects of light on colour and texture. However, my favourite place to paint is Italy - so you will find plenty of Italian landscapes - especially of Tuscany! I also paint other places of beauty in Europe, U.S.A and the UK, including the Lake District, Wales, Northumberland and Scotland. As well as painting, I am a keen photographer and particularly enjoy macro photography. I love to capture flowers close-up and then use my images to create surreal, photorealistic flower paintings by exaggerating colour and light effects. There are so many beautiful flowers, I am never stuck for inspiration! My gallery has a selection of both original art, at a variety of sizes and prices, as well asgiclee* prints (*lightfast to at least 100 years!) on paper or box canvas. I hope you enjoy my gallery!
