Eddie the little Jack Russel was commissioned by his doting owner. He was, by all accounts, a very lovable chap with an abundance of canine personality!
A variety of photographs were used as a basis for the portrait. (see reference pics)
Soft Rembrandt pastel layers were blended on coloured pastel car and then sealed with fixative. The artwork comes complete with an off-white double mount and pale washed pine frame.
