I have worked with some of my favourite colours here.The painting is very bold and eyecatching. It is a tangle of tree shapes and leaves. The tree shapes were based on a photo of sparse woodland I took in Greece. the leaf shapes were taken from a mixture of photos that I had altered in Photoshop. I just mixed the ideas together and made it up as I went along. I kept changing the colours until the balance worked across the design.
This painting is mounted and in a large, but heavy, gold wooden frame. I would sell it without the frame to reduce postage costs.
