Artist's Description

Acrylic painting. I have used mediums to give a translucent effect and varnish in areas to give extra light to the canvas. This gives a silky appearance in some reflective lights and makes the 'sunset light up' The horizon is left for you to ponder on where it might be. A bit ethereal. This diptych is made of a 16" X 16" and 40" X 16" Box canvas. They can be set together as planned or will show separately as a pair of paintings.
