About My Art

I work as a writer, painter, sculptor and muralist. My paintings are mostly oil on canvas or prepared paper, and gouache on paper. I would describe my paintings as contemporary in nature, explorations of colour and proportion; they include skyscapes, cityscapes, architectural structures and images of the human face. I particularly enjoy painting towers that suggest extremely modern structures of glass and concrete and at the same time can be seen as stone monoliths that have stood for thousands of years. The original paintings are now available to be purchased. Prices are negotiable, from £100 to £950 for the larger ones. However, high quality photographic prints of these works are still available, delivered rolled in a cardboard tube or mounted on card. Each print is a limited edition of 150, hand signed and dated by the artist and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
The heavyweight paper has the 'texture and appearance of fine fabric from the Renaissance period'.
It takes time but I am now working in a slightly different direction
