100 yards from the studio, this road becomes a track leading through a farm to the sea wall on the Blackwater Estuary.
I was struck by the intense light coming up the track just around the corner and htat light is the subject of the painting.
Impressionist loose brushwork, painting continues around the sides and there is no need for framing.
