Or oversee them as they scrabble amongst the rock pools looking for small creatures, which may have been left behind by the outgoing tide.
We look on as the children gather around an adult and listen intently as he kindly takes time out to explain about the tiny crab held in his open hand.
His young son sits on the rocks above him proud to have been the one to have captured this fine specimen in his fishing net
