Artist's Description

Is That Rain a monochrome professionally mounted and framed pastel on high quality paper treated with fixative. A phrase we are all familiar with, I love the look of this picture, the clean strait lines. The figure was a joy to draw that slightly raffish look the hat at an angle a lovely picture.
