St Pancras Etchings/reproduction giclee prints

St Pancras station has regained its former grandeur with its opening as an international station by Eurostar. I have decided to reissue my 1980s St Pancras station etchings as limited edition giclée prints and greetings cards. In doing so I have taken the opportunity to “digitally re-master” the images ever so slightly and remove some of the more annoying scratches and foul biting that has irked me for years. Personally, I am extremely pleased with the result but for anyone who would prefer the original etching: Please do not hesitate to contact me!

The East Sussex Coast+

Rye Bay covers an area of 91 square kilometres in eastern East Sussex. It follows the valleys of the Rother, Tillingham and Brede rivers from the Cinque Port towns of Rye and Winchelsea. To the the west of the bay is the historic coastal town of Hastings and Fairlight cliffs, to the east is Romney Marsh and Dungeness. The beach along this stretch of the coast is mainly shingle (apart from Camber sands) and characterised by the rows of timber groynes that hold back the pebbles. Pounded by the waves and the action of the shingle these splintered, faded and rust stained groynes almost develop into individual sculptures.

RX is the registration code for the Rye and Hastings fishing fleet. Hastings still has the largest beach-based fishing fleet in England.
