Artist's Description

An ORIGINAL, abstract painting in acrylic and oil on 6ox6ocm canvas, ready to hang as sides are painted. Although I regard this painting as semi-abstract, my original inspiration came from a glorious peacock displaying his fine feathers. I was equally driven by the graphic qualities and colours of the image, and this is what I hoped to convey.
